1. Promote food and nutrition security

We train and impact agricultural skills to communities living in rural and remotes, dry areas and at the urban centers to fight and alleviate hunger and promote high levels of nutrition. In the year 2020, the population of Africa grew to 1.3 billion . The United Nations estimates that the number will grow to 2 billion by 2050 . This means that finding food and water to feed the bulging
population will be a serious problem. With this glaring challenge, we have been promoting GROW BIOINTENSIVE SUSTAINABLE Agriculture which is a high yielding , soil growing, sustainable, small scale food farming method that uses only a fraction of the water (saves up to 88%), purchased nutrient (saves up to 100%) and energy (as low as 6%) compared with conventional agriculture . W e also strategically partner, through our elaborate partnership and colla boration model, individuals, private sector actors and other organizations that promote other form s of sustainable agricultural methods and systems that are of benefit to our farmers
We also offer market information and market linkages to our farmers to ensure they have a steady production and steady inflow of incomes.

2. Promote environmental and climate sustainability

The planet is getting warmer every day! A recent WHO study determined that 250,000 additional and unnecessary deaths will likely occur between 2030 and 2050 due to climate change. Our commitment is to keeping engaging individuals and communities in activities that are reverse the negative effects of climate change. We have participated in forest saving initiatives, using of renewable energy, saving energy and efficient use of diminishing resources.

3. Support SMEs in building a financial history

We support them to access finance and improve service provision. We envision a transforming and thriving market where capital flows unlock the growth and impact potential of micro and small medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the agricultural sector and other sectors. This enables growth and improvement in the MSMEs financing ecosystem.

4. Stimulation of gender empowerment

We believe that all people are equal, and that no one should be discriminated based on their gender orientations. We lobby for equal access to resource and opportunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision making. However, w omen and girls are mostly lagging behind compared to their counterparts in areas such as access to healthcare, education, leadership and in employment . In such scenarios, we champion for their inclusion in their development agenda, while designing specific projects that empower them.

6. Building resilient communities

We partner with individuals and communities at all levels to help build a network that can withstand crisis, sustain growth and advancement that leads to the improvement of life for everyone. We are intentional in addressing poverty, exclusion and inequality in an integrated and area based approach supporting communities to achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth and social development. We are committed to working with vulnerable communities to reduce the impact of climate change by training them on smart ways of farming safe foods , ways of ensuring environmental sustainability, renewable and land management mechanisms.

7. Technology and innovation:

In a world that is becoming interconnected each day, technology and innovation is playing a critical role in sustaining this grip. Tech offers potential solutions in overcoming individuals and communities ’ challenges. Bold Impact Africa visualizes communities that are digitally included where technology and innovations empowers them to access and secure solutions, enabling them to live more productive and better lives. Bold Impact Africa will realize its goal by working with its membership and partners/collaborators to operationalize and achieve a number of set objectives. The objectives trickles down from the goal to collectively realize communities that can build resilient, productive and meaningful livelihoods by ending hunger, poverty and suffering oppression

8. Leadership and governance

Bad governance and leadership forms the bulk of the reason why communities com e face to face with stinking corruption, deceit and unfair policies which leads to hunger, poverty and suffering. T o support communities facing complex challenges brought about by poor governance, Bold Impact Africa invest in building leadership competencies among community leaders. We partner with the government and other stakeholders to ensure people are served well. This process enables communities protect and expand spaces that makes dialogue and trust building across divides. We train youth, children and women on decision making process and other skills of what makes a good leader, to create an army of effective, efficient and responsible leaders.

9. Education

Basic education is a fundamental right and free for all children in Kenya . However, it is not totally free for the school going children in Kenya because they are required to buy school uniforms , shoes, school bags, textbooks and other school based items. For children coming from vulnerable households, the ability to afford the se basic requirements to join a basic school institution is almost impossible and this threaten the basic right of accessing education due to poverty.
Due to these mandatory requirements by a learning institution, a significant number of orphans and vulnerable children are rendered incapable of accessing basic education leading to stinging cycle of illiteracy and poverty. With this reality, Bold Impact Africa , continue to partner and team with well wishers , foundations and other like minded organizations to ensure orphans and vulnerable children OVC s are empowered to meet the mandatory requirements needed to successfully access education. We have partnered
with other stakeholders to provide school uniforms, shoes, school bags, and other learner based materials for 155 OVC s from informal settlements and rural areas. This has continued to ensure high enrollment and transition from primary to secondary school, while , while firming up our vision of reduce firming up our vision of reduce school dropout and school dropout and teenage pregnancies and early marriages for young girls, teenage pregnancies and early marriages for young girls.
